PSB LBO Recruitment 2026 - SELECTION PROCESS

The selection process includes Online Written Test, Screening, Personal Interview, Final Merit List, Local Language Proficiency Test and Final Selection.
Candidates must first appear for the online written examination.
Based on performance in the written test, candidates will be shortlisted for screening and personal interview.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for the Personal Interview.
Candidates must also qualify the Local Language Proficiency Test (reading, writing and understanding of the applied state language).
Candidates who studied the specified local language in 10th or 12th standard may be exempted from the language test.
Final selection will be made state-wise and category-wise from the merit list.
Candidates must qualify both Written Test and Interview separately.
