General Instructions:

• Keep Printout Safe: Take printout of your application form and keep it safely. Carry it when called for document verification

• Carry All Original Documents: Age proof, Qualification certificates, Caste certificate, Disability certificate – keep all originals ready for verification

• For BC Category Candidates: You must not be in Creamy Layer. Submit latest caste certificate along with Annexure ‘I’ declaration

For Government Employee

• NOC is Mandatory: If working in Government Department/Board/Corporation, get NOC from Head of Department (Annexure II) and keep it ready

• Contract/Ad-hoc Employees: You are not considered government employees. Apply as normal candidate

• No NOC = Rejection: If you fail to produce NOC at verification time, your candidature will be cancelled

AFFIDAVITS (IMPORTANT):

• Relative Affidavit (Annexure III): If any close relative works in High Court or any District Court, you must declare it

  • Close relatives include: Husband, Wife, Father, Father-in-Law, Mother, Mother-in-Law, Brother, Brother-in-Law, Sister, Sister-in-Law

• Previous Employment Affidavit (Annexure IV): If you previously worked in any Government Department/Board/Corporation, provide complete details
